Nature of Operations/Business
SHOEZ is a shop, selling all types of heels, shoes and etc. We do sell bags too.
Our suppliers are from all over the world. We try to keep up with the latest trend and we do that by conducting surveys and ask those youngsters on the streets.
SHOEZ has grown rapidly and currently has 12 outlets in Singapore , with a new concept accessories store at the high traffic Novena Square. It established a name for itself in the Singapore retail industry with its unique range of street wear fashion, heels and accessories. Today, SHOEZ is the trendsetter for the heels industry. Singapore and Indonesia and has built a loyal following among the young and trendy, typically aged between 12 and 35.
We have got 5 outlets here in Singapore. They are located at Far East Plaza, Bugis Street, Plaza Singapura, Novena Square and NEX Serangoon Mall. We have 5 outlets at Malaysia and 10 at Indonesia. 80% of the products on site/shops are from blogshops, and other parts of the countries. We do have our self-manufactured products too.
We started our business by opening blogshops, but later on decided to open up outlets because, we realise that most of our customers always bought the wrong size of heels. So, now customers can come in to our outlets to shop too!

MHA proposal - Unlicensed Money lending & harassment
Money-lending & Harassment has become a big problem in Singapore. This is because more and more people are jobless and they have got a bad gambling habit. Especially adults.
The reason jobless adults decide to borrow money from loansharks is because it's easier to borrow cash from loansharks than to banks or those legal companies.
My purpose is to try to stop people turning to loansharks to loan money.

History
SHOEZ started in 2005. Rosalyn have got a thing for high heels since young. But sadly, she can't wear heels because her mother is strongly against the idea of her wearing heels as she's already 170cm tall. So, Rosalyn had an idea. To set up a business selling heels, all types of heels, from self-manufactured ones, to xxx-inspired heels.
She believe that a girl shouldn't spend much money just to look tall. And therefore, she start to open this blog shop specialize in only heels and girls can also customize the height of their heels.
